Our current turnaround time is 5-7 business days. So, once you make your purchase, your order will be sent out within that time frame. After that, it just depends on the shipping you choose at checkout! We offer all of the standard USPS shipping options.

Because everything is handmade to order, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges of any kind. All sales are final. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions before hand!

Once the package is dropped off at the post office, it is completely out of our hands. If this is of concern to you, We recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping. This will include insurance up to $100. Ground Advantage shipping does not include any kind of insurance.

We use a one-size-fits-most headband for all ears. It is a 1 inch, plastic headband that we then cover in fabric that matches the ears. We have tried multiple headband options and have selected this headband because of its comfortability and slight flexibility.

If you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase we can adjust the address of your order. After that, there are no promises that we will be able to accommodate an address change. Once your shipping label has been created there is no changing of the address whatsoever.

If you purchased multiple ears in separate transactions during the same shop opening and they are addressed to the same name and place, we will combine shipping. To do our part in reducing our carbon footprint we will package them together and use one label. So if you only see one tracking number, that is why!

Because shipping is determined on box and weight size, the more ears in a single box does increase the shipping price. Because of this, and the time it takes to find the packages to combine, there is no refund for shipping overages.
